Our goal is to provide athletes products and services to aid in the recovery process, so that they are able to continue to train and race more quickly, while in a relaxing lounge-type setting, including big-screen televisions, free WiFi, and refreshments (coffee, tea, and fresh juices).
Jill K. Liston
Jill entered the fitness world at age 11. She ran competitively and was ranked nationally both in high school and college. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan State University in 1987. She has been a certified Fitness instructor for over 18 years. Jill has trained both large groups and individuals of all ages and fitness levels, and realizes the importance of being fit for life.

Jill has been an AFAA certified fitness instructor for over 18 years and brings her never-ending, infectious energy to each and every class she coaches. She has trained both large groups and individuals of all ages and fitness levels and realizes the importance of being fit for life.
Jill loves to run. She continues to feed her passion by competing in various races including the Javelina Jundred 100 Mile Run, and the Mount Wilson Trail Race, where she has competed for the past 15 years, finishing with the top women, including overall wins.
